The closing date for entries is strictly Friday 30th June 2023 at 5pm, any entries received after this point may not be accepted.

All entries will receive 2 car passes only. No additional passes will be issued under any circumstances.

A helmet, suitable fire suit and suitable footwear are compulsory for all entries are compulsory for all entries. Please see www.rwyb.com for the full list of rules and regulations.

The event organisers reserve the right to exclude any entry from the event if they deem necessary. For example, in the case of a car or driver being deemed unsafe or in breach of their class rules. The organisers decision is final and no disputes will be entered in to.

Gates are open from 12 - 7pm on Thursday 6th July for racer admission and 4 day spectator admission tickets only ONLY. Gates are open for all weekend admission tickets from 8am on Friday 7th July.

When booking to race, please select the total number of tickets required under "racer weekend admission". Please only use the "additional weekend tickets" if adding tickets to your race entry at a later date. Booking fees will apply to all "additional weekend tickets" but not with your race entry.

IF A MAXIMUM OF TWO TICKETS ARE REQUIRED, PLEASE USE SECTION "1-2 ADULT TICKETS". IF A TOTAL OF 3 OR MORE TICKETS ARE REQUIRED, PLEASE SELECT THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TICKETS REQUIRED FROM THE "3+ ADULT TICKETS" SECTION ONLY. (Highlight the price info tab for more information)

SIGNING ON PROCEDURES!
Signing on for RWYB and race entries will now be processed through our online ticketing system either via your smart phone or via the PC in the Sign On Office. Please note, you will still need to visit the Sign On Office to show your driving licence and present your race voucher e-ticket before hitting the track.
Please note your RWYB Race Voucher does not include admission - Admission tickets must be bought in conjunction.
NO TICKETS OR RACE VOUCHERS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE GATE ON THE DAY – PRE-BOOKING ONLY.

Race Class - To enter, you must be affiliated with the race class of your choice - therefore you must submit your entry number issued by your class. Please note that if you enter the event without being affiliated to one of the classes listed, your entry will be refused.
