The closing date for entries is Friday 31st July 2026 at 5pm. Any entries received after this point may not be accepted.

Gates are open from 11am on Friday 14th June.

All entries will only receive their allocated number of pit vehicle passes. No additional passes will be issued under any circumstances.

The event organisers reserve the right to exclude any entry from the event if they deem necessary. For example, in the case of a car or driver being deemed unsafe or in breach of the rules.

The organisers decision is final and no disputes will be entered in to.

By entering the event, you agree for your race entry details (Name, Race Number, Car Details, Photo) to be publicised across social media and Santa Pod websites.

STREET CLASS ENTRY

Drag Racer Street Entry

Drive in, race, drive home.

Street Car Entry is for those who don't need a large pit set-up or support vehicle in the pit area and entering into the street classes to race for fun. You can still trailer your car to the event, just park your trailer and support vehicle in the trailer parking area.

Drag Racing Competition Entry

Competition Entry is for cars that are entering the headline categories and require a large pit area with room for a marquee or truck and a support vehicle pass. Competition entrants run at pre-determined Headline Category Session times on the schedule.
