The closing date for entries is strictly Friday 4th September 2026 at 5pm. Any entries received after this point may not be accepted.

Gates open 12pm - 10pm on Thursday 17th September to those with a THURSDAY EARLY ARRIVAL TICKET ONLY. Gates reopen on Friday 18th September at 8am.

All entries will only receive 2 pit vehicle passes. No additional passes will be issued under any circumstances.

A helmet, suitable fire suit and suitable footwear are compulsory for ALL entries.

The event organisers reserve the right to exclude any entry from the event if they deem necessary. For example, in the case of a car or driver being deemed unsafe or in breach of their class rules. The organisers decision is final and no disputes will be entered in to.

By entering the event, you agree for your race entry details (Name, Race Number, Car Details, Photo) to be publicised across social media and Santa Pod websites.
