The closing date for entries is strictly Friday 25th August 2023 at 5pm, any entries received after this point will not be accepted.

All entries will receive 2 car passes only. No additional passes will be issued under any circumstances.

A helmet, suitable fire suit and suitable footwear are compulsory for all entries. Please see www.rwyb.com for the full list of rules and regulations. Please note that your race class rules also apply and are enforceable by your race class organisers.

The event organisers reserve the right to exclude any entry from the event if they deem necessary. For example, in the case of a car or driver being deemed unsafe or in breach of their class rules. The organisers decision is final and no disputes will be entered in to.

Gates are open from 12pm Friday 1st September

When booking to race, please select the total number of tickets required under "racer admission". Please only use the "additional tickets" if adding tickets to your race entry at a later date.

Race Class - To enter, you must be affiliated with the race class of your choice - therefore you must submit your entry number issued by your class. Please note that if you enter the event without being affiliated to one of the classes listed, your entry will be refused.
